Held at our home pool in Horsham, Pavilions in the Park which is an 8 lane, 25 metre pool. Providing a competition opportunity to enable athletes to experience racing and to achieve times suitable for entry into Regional and County Championships and other meets at level 1 or 2.
Please find below the Promoters conditions (meet specific details on pages 1- 4, followed by our standard conditions) and Team Manager Hy-Tek entry file. (If you do not already use Team Manager, Team Manager Lite can be downloaded for free click here instructions are included in promoters conditions). Please contact us if you require a manual entry (please note applications made via this method will attract a £8 administration fee).
When importing a HyTek entry file please ensure that the Course is set to ‘S’ and allow conversions from Lc to Sc. Also, under the eligibility tab the ‘Enforce Qualifying Times’ is ticked. Please also note that some systems are showing the male/open category as just ‘open’.
Confirmation of entries – please note: Sending in entry via Hy-Tek or manual form is ‘making an application’, confirmation of acceptance will be sent via email from atlantis.galas@gmail.com as soon as possible after the closing date (or once the meet is full) when all processing of applications is complete. Do not transfer funds until an entry is confirmed as accepted (we will send you a meet summary & coach pass form, along with your team entry list for checking)
